Behavioural Health Coaching

Behavioural Health Coaching at Youphoria is a dynamic, trauma-informed process designed to help individuals break old patterns, regulate emotions, and develop new, empowering ways of thinking, moving, and relating.

Grounded in neuroscience, social work principles, and somatic integration, our approach recognises the powerful connection between mind, body, and behaviour. Movement is a core element of each session – not just as a physical outlet, but as a tool for shifting emotional energy, processing stuck states, and accessing new perspectives.

Your habitual thoughts, and the content of your subconscious mind, determine your behaviour and how you act and react. During the coaching sessions, our approach is intentional with all of the feedback entering the individual’s system to support positive neural rewiring and behavioural change.

Using evidence-based models such as strengths-based practice, motivational interviewing, and the P.A.C.E model of trauma-informed care, behavioural health coaching at Youphoria supports children, adolescents, and adults to feel seen, heard, and empowered. Whether someone is navigating anxiety, emotional dysregulation, social challenges or simply seeking deeper self-understanding, coaching sessions provide a safe, compassionate space to grow.

Through this integrative work, individuals are supported to rewire habitual responses, build resilience, and create lasting, meaningful change.
