Psych Circuits
An integrated body-mind training program to support emotional regulation, mental clarity, and physical wellbeing.
Psych Circuits is a 60-minute trauma-informed, neuroscience-based program that incorporates body-mind techniques to help individuals regulate emotions, rewire thought patterns, and restore nervous system balance. This innovative approach is offered both as part of individual Exercise Physiology and Behavioural Health / Coaching Social Work sessions (if deemed suitable for personal goals), and through weekly group sessions.
What Are Psych Circuits?
Psych Circuits combine physical movement with psychosomatic techniques to optimise emotional, mental, and physiological health. It is grounded in the principles of neuroplasticity – our brain’s ability to rewire itself through repeated experience, thought, and emotion.
We integrate the P.A.C.E model (Playfulness, Acceptance, Curiosity, Empathy) with our unique H.O.P principles (Hope, Optimism,Potentiality), emphasising strength-based practice and future-focused reprogramming.
This program is ideal for those who have experienced adversity or are seeking to complement their therapeutic care with embodied, mind-focused strategies.
