Introducing our Innovative program: Lifesphere: Designing Life’s Domains with purpose

We are excited to introduce “LifeSphere “TM, an innovative service designed to change the lives of NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) participants. Our program utilises the power of support workers to assist NDIS participants in achieving their goals and aspirations across numerous life domains. To improve the lives of NDIS participants in the ever-changing landscape of disability support services, it is critical to embrace innovative and person-centered approaches. This ground-breaking program offers a complete and comprehensive view of people’s lives, allowing us to empower NDIS participants like never before.

“Life Sphere” was designed as a comprehensive strategy to assisting NDIS members and their support workers. It is intended to assist individuals in defining and achieving meaningful objectives in a variety of life domains. The name, “Life Sphere,” symbolises the idea that life is not a one-dimensional experience; it includes factors such as health, education, financial viability, relationships, spirituality and many more. Neuroscience offers a valuable layer of understanding; by making a “LifeSphere” album, we integrate neuroscientific components of creativity and establishing a ’emotional charge’ around our life domains.

Additionally, the program recognises that support workers are an important element of the equation. They require training and coaching to effectively assist participants in developing their capacity in their many life domains. Youphoria Coaching can collaborate with support workers to ensure that they have the information and skills necessary to execute the “Life Sphere” approach, thereby establishing a supportive ecosystem that fosters participant growth and development.
